About the role

B2B SalesContent Marketing
LaunchSquad is an integrated communications agency that helps technology and innovation companies tell their stories and grow. Since 2000, we’ve partnered with brands like Uber for Business, Ibotta, Black Forest Labs, and Waabi on brand messaging, media relations, executive thought leadership, content marketing, social media, and more. We’re looking for a B2B Social Content Creator to join our Content Studio, the in-house team of editorial, content marketing, and social talent behind our integrated programs. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves storytelling, writing, and creating visual content for social platforms. Working across multiple B2B client teams, you’ll help shape how brands and executives show up on LinkedIn, X, and other relevant platforms. You’ll write and produce posts, graphics, carousels, and short videos, working with editorial and content marketing colleagues to turn complex topics, executive perspectives, and interesting ideas into compelling social content. The right candidate is a strong writer and storyteller with good editorial judgment, creative instincts, and a sharp visual eye. They know how to develop original content, adapt to different voices, and create content that engages audiences. They're equally comfortable and experienced in producing visual content with tools such as Canva, Descript, OpusClip, or Adobe, and have the organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines. LaunchSquad has a flexible, hybrid workplace with offices in San Francisco, New York, Boston, and Chicago. This position is also open to US-based remote employees. Please include a portfolio link or examples of social content you've personally written and created. Additional examples of longer-form writing and multimedia storytelling are also welcome.
