Location: Zone 4, Guatemala City (100% On-site) We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support our Boss Revolution customers. In this role, you will handle inbound voice calls, assist customers with basic account inquiries and troubleshooting, and guide them on how to make the most of our services.
