Manager, Engineering

Your role in our mission We are looking for an engineering leader dedicated to fostering people growth, platform advancement and organization development. You'll lead one of the teams that build Prosper's credit card and personal loan experiences. Our teams own customer-facing web and mobile apps, card products, payments, the shared platforms our products run on, and the tools and AI/ML systems that support our customer service operations. You'll guide your team in the design, development, and delivery of high-quality software that meets business objectives. You'll foster a collaborative and innovative environment, mentor engineers, manage project execution, and ensure the adoption of engineering best practices. The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
