Engineering Manager [AI Platform]

We are seeking a hands-on Engineering Manager for AI Platform, the team that builds and supports internal AI platforms used across the company. You will lead a cross-functional engineering team, own delivery end to end, and work closely with Product, Data, and AI teams on scope, priorities, and the platform roadmap. This is a hands-on role: beyond people management, you will take an active part in shaping the architecture and making technical decisions within the team.
