Our partner is looking for a Senior Software Engineer – Mobile based in the United States Join a mission-driven fintech environment as a founding member of a mobile engineering team, building the next generation of mobile experiences for employees managing their retirement savings and plan administrators overseeing retirement plans. This hands-on role offers the opportunity to shape the mobile architecture, development practices, and release operations from the ground up, without legacy constraints. You will deliver polished iOS and Android experiences while solving complex challenges involving financial data, authentication, security, and performance. AI-powered coding agents will be an integral part of your engineering workflow, with you providing the technical direction and quality oversight. Working closely with Product, Design, and backend engineering teams, you will influence the technical roadmap and help establish standards for a reliable, accessible, and high-performing mobile platform.
