Engineering Manager, Growth

As Engineering Manager, Growth, you will lead engineering initiatives across product and marketing experiences, helping drive customer acquisition, activation, and retention. You will guide a team of engineers while remaining closely involved in technical decisions, product details, and the quality of customer-facing experiences. Working alongside Product, Design, Marketing, and Data teams, you will help identify the most valuable problems to solve and turn insights into effective solutions. You will connect customer behavior, product improvements, and performance measurement to understand what drives sustainable growth. The role also offers an opportunity to shape how engineering teams use AI to improve development workflows, solve complex problems, and build better products.
