BD Director, Payments

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a BD Director, Payments based in Mexico. As a BD Director, Payments, you will drive business development and strategic partnerships across Mexico and Central America, helping shape the future of digital payments and on-chain finance. You will play a key role in expanding regional adoption of blockchain-based financial infrastructure, with a particular focus on stablecoins, cross-border payments, and institutional use cases. Working with banks, fintech companies, payment service providers, and other ecosystem stakeholders, you will identify commercial opportunities and build partnerships that generate long-term value. You will lead go-to-market strategies, support integrations, and develop new payment corridors while navigating an evolving regulatory landscape. Collaborating with international teams across legal, engineering, marketing, and finance, you will turn complex opportunities into actionable business initiatives.
