Associate Legal Counsel

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Associate Legal Counsel based in Brazil. As an Associate Legal Counsel, you will support international legal operations across LATAM and other global markets, with a particular focus on betting and gaming regulations, commercial contracts, and corporate matters. Working under the supervision of the Legal Counsel, you will contribute to contract drafting, legal research, regulatory compliance, and litigation support. You will also help coordinate certification processes, regulatory submissions, audits, and communications with external testing laboratories and authorities. Collaborating with Legal, Compliance, Product, Marketing, Finance, and HR teams, you will provide practical legal support across multiple business functions. This role offers broad exposure to international regulatory frameworks, corporate governance, and commercial operations in a dynamic, globally distributed environment.
