Hiring Event for Production Technicians: First, Second and Third shifts available

That means your knack for building cutting-edge hardware and tackling challenging projects can bring a new energy technology to the world and a rewarding paycheck to you. We’re hiring production technicians at a variety of levels who can work on first, second, and third shifts on weekdays. Second shift comes with a 10% pay differential, and third shifts comes with a 15% pay differential. The pay ranges from $30–$47 per hour before that differential, depending on your experience, and we offer benefits and equity in the company. Please only show up if you receive a confirmation email from our team.   We’re looking for technicians who: Have 3+ years of experience Know electromechanical parts and assemblies Can troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing discrepancies Can read and interpret assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, with great attention to detail The specific pay differentials are: Weekday first shift (Monday-Friday, 6:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.): no differential Weekday second shift (Monday-Friday, 2:30 p.m. - 11:30 p.m.): 10% Weekday third shift (Monday–Friday, 10 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.): 15% What to bring: Updated resume that highlights your skills and experiences Closed-toe shoes Any questions you have about working at CFS, our roles, or the hiring process At the hiring event, you’ll also be able to meet our employees to learn more about our fusion energy future.
