DryDocks & Projects Coordinator

Technomar Shipping Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our DryDocks & Projects department as a DryDocks & Projects Coordinator. As a DryDocks & Projects Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of DryDocks, conversions, and retrofits across our diversified fleet of containers and bulk carriers. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate and oversee vessel dry dock activities and technical projects (retrofits, conversions, new machinery installations), ensuring compliance with industry standards and company procedures. - Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to schedule, prioritize, and monitor dry dock operations and project timelines. - Maintain accurate records of dry dock work scopes, progress reports, budgets, and project documentation. - Assist in the development and implementation of dry dock and technical project guidelines, checklists, and best practices. - Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce downtime, and optimize costs during dry dock and project execution.
