ENTERPRISE APPLICATIONS MANAGER ABOUT THE ROLE As SkyNRG grows, applications such as SAP Public Cloud, HubSpot, and our Inventory Management System are becoming increasingly important to our operations. We are looking for an Enterprise Applications Manager to take functional ownership of this landscape and ensure our systems effectively support the business. You will connect business needs with IT solutions, translating requests into clear requirements and coordinated improvements. Working across Commercial, Operations, Maintenance, HSE, Finance and QA, you will create structure, improve adoption and act as the main point of contact for our enterprise applications. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: - Take functional ownership of SAP Public Cloud, including EAM and HSE, HubSpot, IMS, and other enterprise applications. - Translate business processes and needs into clear requirements, functional designs, user stories and test scenarios. - Manage functional support, incidents and change requests, coordinating with external partners and vendors where necessary. - Build and maintain the enterprise application roadmap, backlogs and change priorities with IT and business owners. - Configure applications within the functional scope and coordinate releases, testing and implementation. - Improve application adoption, data quality, reporting and integrations across the application landscape. - Maintain process documentation, user guides, application records and access roles in line with security and compliance requirements. - Train and support key users across the organization, helping teams make effective use of the available systems. Your initial focus will include strengthening the use of SAP EAM and HSE, improving HubSpot’s commercial processes and reporting, and introducing a consistent intake and change process for business requests. While this role does not have direct reports, you will coordinate external implementation partners and application vendors. You will also work closely with the wider IT team to ensure our enterprise applications are reliable, secure and aligned with business priorities. YOUR PROFILE As a growing company in a rapidly evolving industry, we are looking for people who embrace change and are motivated to actively contribute to building and scaling our business. You feel comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment, take ownership, and thrive when things are still developing. You understand both business processes and enterprise technology. You can move comfortably between conversations with business stakeholders, technical colleagues, and external partners, translating different perspectives into practical solutions. Structured and pragmatic, you take end-to-end responsibility rather than simply passing requests along. You recognize yourself in the following: - A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline. - At least five years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, Application Owner, or in a comparable enterprise applications role. - Hands-on functional experience with SAP, ideally SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, in at least one relevant area such as EAM or Plant Maintenance, HSE or EHS, Finance, or Procurement. - Experience working with a CRM platform, preferably HubSpot. - Demonstrated ability to translate business processes and needs into clear requirements, functional designs, and test scenarios. - Experience managing application vendors or implementation partners, including support agreements and service levels. - Understanding of change management, release management, testing and access control in an enterprise environment. - Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills, with the ability to constructively challenge business requests. - Professional fluency in English. Experience in an industrial, energy, chemical, manufacturing or asset-intensive environment would be an advantage. Familiarity with system integrations, SAP BTP, APIs, Power BI or data-quality initiatives would also be beneficial. Knowledge of relevant regulatory and compliance frameworks, such as NIS2, ISO 27001 and GDPR, is considered a plus. ABOUT SKYNRG Since 2009, SkyNRG has been a change maker in the aviation industry.
