Product Designer (Enterprise Web SaaS)

Kyivstar.Tech is looking for a Product Designer to join our cross-functional product team working on complex enterprise web solutions. We are looking for a designer who goes beyond creating interfaces and takes a systems-level approach to product design. Someone who can independently navigate complex business processes, understand technical architecture and integrations, and translate evolving requirements into intuitive, flexible, and scalable user experiences. We value designers who have integrated AI into their everyday design practice - using it not as an occasional assistant, but as an essential part of how they research, think, explore, prototype, and deliver solutions. You’ll work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, developers, and QA engineers as a full member of the product team, contributing to shared KPIs and helping shape solutions that remain effective as business needs and technical capabilities evolve. About us Kyivstar.Tech is a Ukrainian hybrid IT company and a resident of Diia.City. We are a subsidiary of Kyivstar, one of Ukraine’s largest telecom operators.
