Sr. Product & Customer Marketing Manager

As a key member of the Product Marketing team, you will shape how a growing B2B SaaS platform brings products to market, communicates value, and strengthens customer relationships. You will build scalable go-to-market release processes that balance rapid product development with clear, thoughtful customer communication. Combining strategic product marketing expertise with an operational, hands-on mindset, you will develop messaging frameworks, oversee AI-powered workflows, and turn customer outcomes into compelling stories that support growth and retention. Working closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing, you will help improve product adoption, elevate customer advocacy, and ensure every launch delivers meaningful value.
