Senior Oracle HCM Consultant (Benefits Lead)

Our partner is looking for a Senior Oracle HCM Consultant (Benefits Lead) based in the United States. As a senior functional consultant, you will lead Oracle Cloud HCM implementation workstreams, serving as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert with a particular focus on Benefits. You will guide clients through the implementation lifecycle, translating complex business needs into effective, scalable solutions. Working across multiple industries and global projects, you will combine hands-on configuration expertise with solution architecture, requirements analysis, testing, and documentation. You will lead client discussions, facilitate decisions, and help stakeholders navigate implementation challenges with confidence. The role also offers opportunities to mentor colleagues, contribute to internal initiatives, and shape best practices in a collaborative, remote-first consulting environment.
