Senior Business Analyst

The Senior Business Analyst will serve as a key link between business stakeholders and technical development teams, supporting the evolution of enterprise technology solutions within the Life and Annuities insurance sector. In this role, you will translate complex business needs into clear, sustainable, and consistent technical requirements across the Life insurance portfolio. You will collaborate with clients, business users, and engineering teams throughout the project lifecycle, from initial discovery and requirements gathering to implementation and validation. Leveraging your expertise in insurance products, policy administration, underwriting, and configurable enterprise platforms, you will help deliver effective technology solutions. The position also involves providing subject matter expertise, guiding business analysis activities, and ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical outcomes.
