Sales Operations Manager

Help scale and optimize a growing field sales organization by building the operational processes, tools, and insights that enable sales teams to perform at their best. In this role, you will oversee critical sales operations, including workforce planning, compensation programs, performance management, budgeting, and business intelligence. You will work closely with sales leadership, HR, and engineering teams to improve workflows, strengthen systems, and support evolving business needs. Combining analytical expertise with operational leadership, you will use Salesforce, SQL, Python, and advanced spreadsheet tools to turn complex data into actionable decisions. You will also help transform new initiatives and pilot programs into sustainable, repeatable business processes.
