Product & Technology Lead

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product & Technology Lead based in Germany. In this role, you will take ownership of both product strategy and technical execution across a growing portfolio of global subscription-based digital products. You will lead the development and launch of new product lines while strengthening the shared technology platform that powers the entire portfolio. Combining hands-on technical expertise with strategic product leadership, you will oversee architecture, development processes, infrastructure, and production quality. Working directly with senior leadership, you will drive technical decisions, manage external development partners, and ensure that new products can be launched faster and more efficiently. You will also collaborate closely with growth and analytics teams to optimize acquisition, conversion, retention, and revenue performance.
