Implementation & Project Lead

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Healthcare Implementation & Project Lead based in the United States. The Healthcare Implementation & Project Lead will own the end-to-end implementation journey, guiding client engagements from contract execution through go-live and transition to ongoing operations. This client-facing role combines strategic relationship management with structured project delivery, ensuring physician leaders, practice executives, internal teams, and external partners remain aligned throughout each initiative. You will lead complex, cross-functional projects, manage competing priorities, anticipate risks, and maintain stakeholder confidence through clear communication and decisive follow-through. Working closely with implementation leadership, you will also contribute to the development of project management standards, tools, and processes that improve consistency and scalability. This is a remote, home-office-based opportunity with occasional travel to Atlanta or Nashville offices and client locations for key milestones and relationship-building activities.
