HR Director, North America & EOR

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an HR Director, North America & EOR based in the United States. As HR Director, you will lead regional people strategy and HR operations across North America and Employer of Record (EOR) teams within a fast-growing, global technology environment. You will serve as a trusted strategic advisor to senior leadership while overseeing the day-to-day employee experience and people operations. Managing a dedicated People team, you will drive organizational effectiveness, talent planning, compensation strategies, and employee engagement. You will collaborate closely with international HR and leadership teams to ensure consistent policies, processes, and company culture across regions. This hands-on leadership position offers the opportunity to build scalable HR practices, strengthen compliance, and optimize workflows through automation and AI-powered tools.
