Executive Director of Diligence

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Executive Director of Diligence based in the United States . The Executive Director of Diligence will lead high-stakes institutional client relationships and oversee the quality and delivery of mortgage due diligence outcomes. Working closely with the Chief Lending Officer, you will serve as a trusted senior representative for major investors and financial institutions throughout the full diligence lifecycle. You will provide final oversight of loan portfolio reviews, ensure securitization compliance, and maintain the accuracy and acceptance of critical transaction documentation. This role combines deep mortgage capital markets expertise with exceptional client leadership, commercial judgment, and hands-on deal execution. You will also help shape the strategic direction and capabilities of a growing diligence business, with opportunities to strengthen market relationships and support technology-enabled operations.
