Director, Early Talent, Claude Corps

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director, Early Talent, Claude Corps based in the United States. In this leadership role, you will own the end-to-end recruiting and selection strategy for a growing fellowship that places early-career talent in nonprofits, government agencies, and public-interest organizations to develop practical AI solutions. You will shape each cohort’s hiring plan, from candidate sourcing and pipeline forecasting to selection, accepted offers, and onboarding handoffs. Leading a team of recruiting professionals and managers, you will establish consistent standards and ensure candidates experience a responsive, organized, and thoughtful process. You will work closely with program leadership, marketing, external partners, and AI Practice Leads to align hiring priorities and deliver results. By using data and AI to improve workflows while keeping people accountable for important decisions, you will help scale the program without compromising candidate quality.
