Director of Managed Care

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director of Managed Care based in the United States. The Director of Managed Care will lead the creation and development of a new managed care division within the workers’ compensation industry. This strategic leadership role will oversee the launch of four core service lines: Utilization Review (UR), Medical Bill Review (MBR), Nurse Case Management (NCM), and Provider Networks (HCO/MPN). From defining the business strategy and securing initial clients to building operational infrastructure and recruiting high-performing teams, the Director will drive the division from concept to execution. The role combines business development, clinical operations, regulatory compliance, and financial management. Working closely with executive leadership, this individual will establish scalable service models, deliver measurable client value, and build a profitable business.
