Director of Finance

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director of Finance based in the United States. The Director of Finance will lead the full finance and accounting function of a fast-growing healthcare technology organization transforming pharmacy benefits management. Reporting directly to the CEO and partnering closely with the CFO and executive team, this leader will oversee financial planning, accounting operations, forecasting, treasury, tax, and financial reporting. The role combines strategic financial leadership with hands-on operational ownership, ensuring the business has the systems, controls, and insights needed to scale sustainably. A key focus will be translating pharmacy benefit economics into actionable decisions around client profitability, product performance, pricing, and capital allocation.
