Contract Manager – OFCI Procurement (Data Centers)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Contract Manager – OFCI Procurement (Data Centers) based in Ireland. We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to lead the commercial strategy and administration of Owner-Furnished, Contractor-Installed (OFCI) equipment contracts for large-scale data center projects. You will manage high-value, long-lead procurement packages, ensuring that contractual arrangements protect the owner's commercial interests. Working across procurement, legal, finance, and project delivery teams, you will oversee supplier agreements from tender and negotiation through execution and closeout. Your responsibilities will span pricing, payment structures, risk allocation, claims, and contract governance. You will also help ensure that supplier commitments remain aligned with project schedules, budgets, and delivery requirements.
