Growth Marketing Manager, Banter Bubbles Location: Remote Type: Full time Who we are Crypto Banter is one of the biggest live crypto media brands on the planet. We go live every day, our community is loud, and we move fast. Banter Bubbles is our free market app. It turns 10,000+ coins and major stocks into live, interactive bubbles so you can see what is pumping and dumping at a glance. It also packs per coin news, watchlists, a portfolio tracker and daily analyst takes (App Store). The mission We have a big, engaged audience watching markets inside Bubbles. Your job is to turn those users into registered accounts on our partner exchange. You own the funnel from first bubble tap to verified signup, and you make the number go up. What you will do Own the Bubbles to exchange signup funnel end to end: traffic, activation, registration, KYC completion Map and fix the drop off points in app, on web and across email and push Design and run a steady stream of growth experiments (A/B tests on CTAs, onboarding, placements, incentives) Build in product conversion moments, for example a "trade this coin" prompt when a bubble is moving Work with the live show and content teams to drive Bubbles traffic and signups from streams, YouTube and X Set up clean tracking with product and data: attribution, cohorts, CAC, signup and funded account rates Manage referral and affiliate flows with the exchange partner and keep reporting tight Report weekly on what worked, what flopped and what is next What you bring 3+ years in growth, performance or lifecycle marketing, ideally in a crypto exchange A proven record of moving a conversion metric, with numbers to show for it Strong with analytics tools (for example GA4, Mixpanel or Amplitude) and A/B testing Hands on with lifecycle tools for push, email and in app messaging Comfortable writing sharp copy and briefing designers You live and breathe crypto, and you know what makes a degen click and what makes them bounce Clear grasp of compliance limits around promoting exchanges and financial products Bonus points Experience with exchange affiliate or referral programs Built funnels across multiple regions with different regulations SQL skills or comfort pulling your own data Experience growing a community or creator led product What we offer A front row seat at one of the most watched brands in crypto Real ownership: your funnel, your experiments, your wins
