Supervisor Vendor Relations

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Supervisor Vendor Relations based in the United States. We are seeking an experienced and people-oriented Supervisor Vendor Relations to lead a team responsible for supporting vendor relationships and coordinating merchandise operations. In this leadership role, you will oversee a team of five direct reports, serving as a central point of contact for vendors and internal stakeholders. You will ensure efficient daily operations, maintain high service standards, and facilitate the resolution of operational inquiries and issues. Working closely with vendors, merchants, and cross-functional teams, you will strengthen collaboration, improve communication, and support effective business processes. You will also lead vendor onboarding and training initiatives while monitoring team performance, service levels, and operational efficiency.
