Sr. Field Service Team Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr. Field Service Team Manager based in the United States. Take the lead in field service operations supporting the deployment and reliability of advanced autonomous commercial vehicles. In this senior management role, you will build and develop a high-performing team of Field Service Technicians while ensuring fleet availability, operational safety, and consistent technical execution. You will oversee vehicle maintenance, autonomous system installations, hardware validation, and retrofit campaigns across multiple North American locations. Working closely with fleet managers and hardware, software, and autonomous vehicle engineering teams, you will drive effective troubleshooting and continuous improvement. Your leadership will help strengthen maintenance standards, reduce vehicle downtime, and ensure reliable fleet operations at scale.
