Site Safety Manager (Heavy Industrial/Electrical)

Our partner is looking for a Site Safety Manager (Heavy Industrial/Electrical) based in the United States. This is an onsite safety leadership opportunity supporting a heavy industrial and electrical construction project in West Jordan, Utah. You will oversee day-to-day jobsite safety, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and established safety standards. Working closely with project teams, subcontractors, and field personnel, you’ll identify hazards, reinforce safe work practices, and help prevent incidents. The role combines field inspections, safety planning, training, incident investigation, and hands-on coaching. You will play a key part in building a strong safety culture while supporting project execution and operational readiness. This position is well suited to an experienced safety professional who can lead confidently, communicate effectively, and influence safety behaviors in demanding construction environments.
