ServiceNow Business Analyst

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst based in the United States. As a ServiceNow Business Analyst, you will support federal IT transformation initiatives by translating complex business needs into practical technology solutions. Working closely with government stakeholders, technical teams, and senior client leadership, you will gather requirements, facilitate collaboration, and help deliver effective ServiceNow implementations. You will play an important role throughout the project lifecycle, from requirements analysis and documentation to story validation and testing. This client-facing position requires strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to navigate complex organizational environments. You will contribute to projects that improve business processes and support mission-critical operations. The role is fully remote, with a strong preference for candidates located in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.
