Senior Electrical Engineer

As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will lead the technical quality and delivery of complex electrical engineering projects, ensuring that all designs meet the highest technical and safety standards. You will oversee project execution from initial proposals and contracts through final delivery, while managing departmental workloads and coordinating multidisciplinary teams. Working across healthcare and other demanding environments, you will apply your expertise in power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, communications, and electronic security systems. You will also mentor junior engineers and designers, supervise technical teams, and establish consistent engineering standards and processes. With significant autonomy and direct client interaction, you will contribute to business development, strengthen client relationships, and drive continuous improvements.
