Onboarding Consultant - Dental Software

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Onboarding Consultant – Dental Software based in the United States. As an Onboarding Consultant, you will play a key role in helping dental practices successfully implement and adopt innovative cloud-based software solutions. You will guide customers throughout the onboarding journey, from initial operational assessments and database configuration to training, validation, and post-launch support. Working closely with dental practice teams, project managers, and professional trainers, you will ensure that each implementation meets customer requirements and operational objectives. You will coordinate training activities, translate business needs into effective software configurations, and support users through organizational and workflow changes. This role offers the opportunity to combine dental industry expertise, technology consulting, and customer relationship management. You will work remotely in a collaborative, customer-focused environment, with occasional travel to customer locations of approximately 20–25%.
