Manager Database Administrator

As a Manager Database Administrator, you will lead a specialized team responsible for managing and optimizing critical database infrastructure in a cloud-based environment. You will oversee the availability, performance, scalability, and security of AWS database systems while ensuring technology solutions align with evolving business needs. Combining strategic leadership with hands-on technical expertise, you will drive database modernization initiatives and establish best practices across the organization. You will collaborate closely with engineering, DevOps, SRE, application development, and business teams to deliver reliable and efficient database solutions. This role offers the opportunity to shape infrastructure strategy, strengthen data protection, and support complex technology projects.
