Lead Behavioral Health Integration Clinician (BHIC) & Supervisor

Our partner is looking for a Lead Behavioral Health Integration Clinician (BHIC) & Supervisor based in Eugene or Corvallis, Oregon, United States. We are seeking an experienced behavioral health professional to combine direct patient care with clinical leadership and supervision within an integrated healthcare environment. In this dual-function role, you will dedicate approximately 50% of your time to clinical care and 50% to supervising clinicians, strengthening team performance, and overseeing program quality. You will guide multidisciplinary Collaborative Care teams in delivering coordinated, evidence-based services to individuals experiencing behavioral health and chronic medical conditions. Through clinical supervision, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives, you will help ensure excellent patient outcomes, accessibility, and regulatory compliance. You will also remain actively involved in patient assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing care coordination.
