Global Head of Solutions Architecture, General Assembly

Our partner is looking for a Global Head of Solutions Architecture, General Assembly based in the United States. As the Global Head of Solutions Architecture, you will lead and develop a global team responsible for designing innovative, technically robust solutions for enterprise workforce transformation programs. You will shape the architecture strategy, establish technical standards, and ensure that proposed solutions align with client technology ecosystems and business objectives. Working across AI, cloud infrastructure, software engineering, and data, you will help translate emerging technologies into practical, scalable learning experiences. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Learning Experience, and Delivery teams to guide complex client engagements from technical discovery through implementation readiness. This leadership role combines deep technical expertise, people management, and commercial awareness to strengthen solution quality and support the evolution of an enterprise learning portfolio.
