Director, Product Management (Payments)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director, Product Management (Payments) based in Canada. This is a senior leadership opportunity to shape the strategy, growth, and performance of a global payments business serving retail and hospitality merchants. You will lead experienced product managers across North America and EMEA, owning the product vision and commercial outcomes for a major financial services portfolio. Your focus will be on increasing payment adoption, growing Gross Payment Volume (GPV), improving merchant onboarding, and expanding revenue. Working closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, Operations, and Finance, you will drive multi-year platform transformation and deliver cohesive payment experiences. You will also develop future product leaders, strengthen product practices, and influence strategic decisions at executive and board level. This role combines commercial accountability, technical platform leadership, and the opportunity to make a significant impact on how businesses manage payments.
