Director, Innovation

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director, Innovation based in the United States. Lead the strategy and execution of AI innovation across internal operations and client-facing services. As Director of Innovation, you will identify opportunities to leverage artificial intelligence to improve team productivity, transform service delivery, and create new revenue streams. You will oversee AI engineering initiatives, turning emerging technologies and market opportunities into practical solutions and commercial offerings. Working closely with executive leadership and technology teams, you will drive AI adoption while ensuring solutions deliver measurable business value. You will also develop innovative consulting services, including AI development and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), tailored to client needs.
