Clinical Site Partnerships & Enablement Manager

Our partner is looking for a Clinical Site Partnerships & Enablement Manager based in the United States. The Clinical Site Partnerships & Enablement Manager will play a key role in expanding access to clinical research through strategic community-based healthcare partnerships. In this position, you will identify, evaluate, and secure new partner sites while managing the entire partnership lifecycle, from initial outreach and negotiations to onboarding and ongoing relationship development. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure new locations are operationally ready and equipped to deliver high-quality clinical research services. Acting as the primary point of contact for site owners and staff, you will build trusted relationships and ensure partners receive the guidance and support they need. You will also monitor partnership performance, identify improvement opportunities, and contribute to the development of scalable processes as the network grows.
