Claims Associate Representative - EviCore

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Claims Associate Representative – EviCore based in the United States. The Claims Associate Representative will play an important role in managing accounts receivable activities and ensuring the accurate and timely resolution of outstanding medical claims. In this position, you will review and investigate unpaid, denied, delayed, or underpaid claims to identify discrepancies and determine appropriate corrective actions. You will communicate regularly with third-party payers, healthcare providers, and internal teams to resolve billing issues and facilitate timely payments. The role requires strong analytical abilities, sound judgment, and excellent attention to detail when reviewing claim balances and financial records. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate documentation, monitoring claim progress, and escalating complex cases when necessary.
