Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join a dynamic finance and accounting team in a remote-first environment. In this hands-on role, you will oversee essential accounts receivable operations, including client billing, invoice processing, account reconciliations, and discrepancy resolution. You will manage a high volume of financial transactions while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across accounting processes. Working closely with Client Services and Finance teams, you will help resolve complex billing matters and maintain strong client relationships. You will also contribute to month-end closing activities and support accurate financial reporting.
