Every action you take can have a positive and memorable impact on the experience of our customers, your colleagues, and also, on the planet, contributing to pioneering the art of responsible hospitality.  Become a Heartist®, and let your heart guide you into a world where life pulses with passion. - Assist in reviewing, documenting, and enhancing finance and operational workflows to improve efficiency and standardisation.  - Support automation and digital transformation initiatives, including workflow optimisation and AI-enabled solutions.  - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, test solutions, and drive successful project implementation.  - Analyse data, measure project outcomes, and prepare reports and presentations for management updates. - Currently pursuing a degree or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.  - Basic understanding of AI, automation workflows, and digital technologies.  - Familiarity with Microsoft technologies such as Excel, SharePoint, Power Platform, or VBA is an advantage.  - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.  - Self-motivated team player with strong communication skills and a passion for continuous learning.
