Every action you take can have a positive and memorable impact on the experience of our customers, your colleagues, and also, on the planet, contributing to pioneering the art of responsible hospitality.  Become a Heartist®, and let your heart guide you into a world where life pulses with passion. - Provide project coordination, administrative support, and analytical assistance to regional People & Culture initiatives and leadership teams. - Support employee engagement, diversity, equity and inclusion, Social Care & Impact, Human Rights, and RiiSE programs across the region. - Prepare presentations, dashboards, reports, and communication materials for regional meetings and leadership reviews. - Coordinate regional events, surveys, action plans, and data collection while contributing to research and best-practice benchmarking projects. - Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Hospitality, Business, or a related field. - Passionate about people, culture, employee engagement, and workplace inclusion. - Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with excellent attention to detail. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
