Large investments in innovation, technology, IT and logistics and very large sample volumes ensure that customers enjoy high standards of quality at reasonable prices. - Theo dõi và kiểm soát tiến độ trả kết quả: Phối hợp với các phòng ban liên quan để đảm bảo kết quả được trả đúng thời hạn; chủ động theo dõi các trường hợp trễ hẹn và sắp xếp lịch trả kết quả phù hợp. - Điều phối yêu cầu khách hàng: Nắm bắt các yêu cầu đặc biệt của từng khách hàng, đồng thời tìm hiểu năng lực và phạm vi chuyên môn của từng phòng ban/phòng thí nghiệm để điều phối mẫu và kết quả phân tích chính xác, hiệu quả. - Quản lý và hoàn thiện hồ sơ kết quả phân tích: Tổng hợp, kiểm tra tính đầy đủ của hồ sơ, thực hiện in ấn, đóng dấu và chuẩn bị kết quả phân tích trước khi bàn giao cho khách hàng. - Phối hợp và hỗ trợ vận hành: Chủ động phối hợp với đội ngũ Kinh doanh và các phòng ban liên quan nhằm đảm bảo quy trình xử lý yêu cầu khách hàng diễn ra thông suốt, góp phần nâng cao chất lượng dịch vụ và trải nghiệm khách hàng. - Thực hiện các công việc khác: Tiếp nhận và triển khai các nhiệm vụ khác theo sự phân công của quản lý. - Có thể thực tập trong 6 tháng. - Mới tốt nghiệp hoặc chuẩn bị tốt nghiệp các ngành sinh học, thực phẩm, hoá hoặc liên quan  - Có khả năng sắp xếp công việc được giao. - Vi tính văn phòng tương đối trung bình khá.
