Sales Coordinator

Furthermore, Novotel Bangkok Platinum Pratunam provides high-level comfort and relaxation for all guests, whether for leisure, wellness or business. - Respond promptly to incoming RFPs (Requests for Proposals), phone inquiries, and emails regarding group room blocks, meeting spaces, and catering services. - Draft and process sales contracts, banquet event orders (BEOs), group resumes, proposals, and invoices with high accuracy. - Assist sales managers during site inspections, show prospective clients the hotel's facilities/rooms, and maintain strong professional relationships with corporate clients and event planners. - Coordinate closely with the related departments to ensure all group and event requirements are executed flawlessly. - Prepare weekly and monthly sales production reports, manage the sales team's calendar, and track deposits and final payments. - Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field, with professional experience in hotel operations or sales management. - Proficiency in standard hospitality industry software, including Property Management Systems (PMS) and Event Management systems. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage client relationships and coordinate effectively across internal departments. - Strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask efficiently, and a customer-centric mindset. - Employee benefit card offering discounted rates at Accor hotels worldwide. - Develop your talent through Accor’s learning programs. - Opportunity to grow within your property and across the world!
