We have over 200+ beauty professionals servicing over 3,000 doors in the U.S. and Canada. We were also named to the Inc. 5000 list of fastest-growing companies.   Job Summary:   As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will work closely with the Talent Manager to execute Beauty Barrage's hiring plans across the US and Canada, conduct interviews, and maintain strong interdepartmental relationships. This role will provide excellent support for our large-volume hiring strategy. Attention to detail is paramount in this role.   Our goal is to hire top talent to increase sales and brand awareness for our brands. Our Recruiting Coordinator is expected to be extremely organized, results-driven, and able to collaborate in a fast-paced and changing environment. It is essential that you have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as a contagious enthusiasm for the beauty industry.   The Recruiting Coordinator will report to the Talent Manager. This position requires the candidate to be located within the Pacific Time Zone (PST). Local candidates must be able to work on-site at our Newport Beach corporate office as needed.
