Account Executive, German Speaking

ABOUT THE ROLE Join a growing B2B software team selling AI-powered phone assistants to businesses. You will manage qualified inbound opportunities from first conversation through close, helping customers understand how the technology can support their communication workflows. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Lead multiple daily discovery and product demo calls with qualified inbound prospects. - Own the sales cycle from initial contact through negotiation and close, working toward monthly and quarterly targets. - Manage lead qualification, follow-ups, and warm opportunities while keeping CRM records and pipeline forecasts accurate. - Coordinate smooth customer handovers to Customer Success after deals close. - Share customer feedback with Marketing and collaborate with teammates to improve the sales process. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - At least one year of B2B SaaS sales experience, including a record of closing deals through a defined sales funnel. - Experience conducting discovery and demo calls with qualified inbound leads, and managing follow-up workflows. - Strong CRM discipline, including pipeline management and forecasting. - Native-level German and confident communication over the phone and in product demonstrations. - Comfort owning quota and working toward clear monthly and quarterly targets. - Startup or scaleup experience is valued, as is experience selling AI or other technology products. - Strong product and technical understanding for a technology-enabled sales environment. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS OTE is €70,000 to €120,000, including base salary plus uncapped commission. A base salary range and visa sponsorship policy were not provided.
