Technical Leader

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Technical Leader based in Brazil. We are looking for an experienced Technical Leader to guide development teams building high-quality digital products for international clients. You will take ownership of project architecture and technical direction while remaining actively involved in hands-on software development. The role focuses on either Flutter for mobile development or Next.js and React for web applications, alongside Python for backend services. You will coordinate daily engineering activities, guide technical decisions, review code, and ensure consistent delivery standards. Working directly with clients and collaborating with distributed teams, you will help translate business needs into scalable technical solutions. You will also mentor engineers and encourage the use of AI tools to improve development efficiency and product quality.
