Through high-volume outbound calls and consistent follow-ups, you will play an important role in creating a positive candidate experience and keeping recruitment activities moving efficiently. The position is well suited to confident communicators who enjoy speaking with people, working toward clear targets, and developing professional relationship-building skills. You will gain practical exposure to recruitment workflows, candidate screening, and talent operations, with opportunities to take on additional coordination and team leadership responsibilities at the POD Lead level.
