Staff Product Designer - AI Products

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Staff Product Designer - AI Products based in Canada . The Staff Product Designer will lead the end-to-end design of innovative AI-powered products, shaping experiences that redefine how people interact with financial services and intelligent technology. This is a hands-on, 0-to-1 opportunity to transform early concepts into polished products for both external customers and internal teams. You will take ownership of the entire design process, from discovery and research to prototyping, delivery, and launch. Working directly with product, engineering, and leadership, you will influence product strategy and help establish the direction of new AI experiences. The role requires creativity, strong product judgment, and comfort navigating ambiguity and rapidly evolving technologies. You will join a small, fast-moving team that values exceptional design craft, thoughtful execution, and meaningful customer impact.
