Lead, Business Operations - Payward Services

We are looking for a highly resourceful and strategic Business Operations Lead to help scale a global financial infrastructure platform serving fintechs, banks, brokerages, and payment providers. In this role, you will act as a key operational partner to leadership, driving business planning, partner launches, performance reporting, and cross-functional initiatives. You will build scalable processes that simplify complex operations, improve execution, and accelerate partner onboarding and product launches. Working closely with Sales, Finance, Product, Engineering, Legal, and Compliance, you will turn business priorities into actionable plans and measurable outcomes. You will also leverage AI tools, automation, and integrations to eliminate manual work and improve operational efficiency.
