Lead Project Engineer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Lead Project Engineer based in Bangalore, India. As a Lead Project Engineer, you will oversee the engineering execution of complex turbomachinery projects within the energy and industrial sectors, contributing to critical applications across the energy value chain. You will lead multidisciplinary engineering teams working on gas and steam turbines, centrifugal and reciprocating compressors, and associated equipment packages. From new installations and greenfield developments to upgrades of existing facilities, you will ensure projects meet technical, contractual, quality, and delivery requirements. Acting as a key technical interface, you will collaborate closely with customers, project management, engineering, quality, and supply chain teams. You will drive design reviews, manage technical risks, resolve engineering challenges, and ensure effective communication across stakeholders.
